Broccoli Spear Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Step 1

Slightly thaw broccoli by placing package in pan of warm water. Put separated pieces in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Combine soup and sour cream. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until thoroughly heated.
