Derby Pie

Ingredients

• 2 eggs lightly beaten
• 1/4 lb- 1 stick melted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup pecans - chopped
• 1 c chocolate chips
• 1/2 c flour
• 2 tsp bourbon
• 1 unbaked pie shell
• Bake 30 minutes in unbaked pie shell at 375

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell
Bake at 375 fo 30 minutes
