Ingredients

  • 1 lb ham ground finely
  • 1 lb lean pork ground with ham
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • Sauce
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown vinegar
  • 1 /2 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and form into bite size meatballs.
Place in large baking dish
MAy be frozen at this point


Pour sauce over top and bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hours
