Ingredients
- 6-8 medium red potatoes (2-2 1/2 lbs)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- x 3 in a roaster

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender; quarter and set aside. Combine sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley, and 1 cup of cheese.
Place in greased 9 x 13 pan and cook in 350 oven 30 minutes
