Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce (Homemade)
- 1/2 C. butter
- 2 T. cream cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream (2 c.)
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. salt
- black pepper
- 2/3 C. grated parmesan cheese
In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
When butter is melted, add cream cheese.
When the cream cheese is softened, add heavy cream.
Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes over low het, stirring constantly.
Remove from head and add parmesan cheese.
