Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 /2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups diced rhubarb
- Mix the above ingredients until crumbly. Put 1 /2 of the crumbs into a greased 9-inch pan. Cover with cubs of diced rhubarb.

Step 1
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cook over medium heat until clear. Pour over rhubarb, top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Serve with ice cream
