Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

  • FROSTING:
  • 1 pkg Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
  • 1 3 oz pkg Strawberry Jello
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 12 oz pkg Frozen strawberries - thawed
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 stick Butter
  • 1 box Confectioner's sugar
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • Strawberry juice from frozen strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

350 for 30 minutes

Mix dry cake and dry jello together.

Reserve several tablespoons of strawberry juice & set aside for frosting

Add water, oil, eggs and strawberries to dry cake ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Frosting:

Mix butter and cream cheese together. Add confectioner's sugar then add reserved strawberry juice.
