Yogurt Soup - Chilled with cucumber

Ingredients
- 1.5 tsp cumin seeds
- 3.5 cups plain yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and coarsely grated
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 fresh hot green chili - seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper (white)
- Whole mint leave for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Toast cumin seeds in a dry pan over med heat until fragrant. 2-3 minutes. Grind into powder
Combine yogurt and cucumber in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Scrape sides and add cumin and all remaining ingredients and stir well.
Chill soup until ready to serve. Serve in bowls topped with fresh mint.
