Parmesan Rice****

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

-Saute rice in butter until golden in color.
-Add water, broth and salt, bring to a boil.
-Cover with lid and simmer for about 20 min.
-Stir in parmesan cheese.
