Monkey Bread (Jordan Tite)
- 3 tins of refrigerator biscuits
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 stick of butter or margarine
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 heaping cup of chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan with non-stick spray.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl
Cut 15 biscuits into quarters and place in sugar mixture and toss to coat.
Melt cube of butter in sauce pan, remove from heat, add brown sugar. set aside.
Layer ingredients: 1/3 of brown sugar/butter mix, 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, 15 quartered and coated biscuits, repeat layer.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake for 25 min. Immediately remove bread from pan by placing plate over top of bundt pan and inverting.
Serve warm, no forks allowed!
