Ingredients
- 1 pint (12 oz) strawberries, rinsed & hulled
- 2 medium-size pears, quartered & cored
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop strawberries & pears. Scrape into storage container. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Place plastic wrap directly ON salsa to prevent browning, then cover with lid.
Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
