- 8 lady fingers
- 1 package form you 3 vanilla pudding
- 4 tbsp cool whip light
- 1 package form you 3 chocolate pudding
- 1 cup cold skim milk

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pudding mixes in separate container using skim milk instead of water. Split lady fingers in half crossways, spread each bottom half with 1 tbsp vanilla. Vanilla pudding. Cover with top half lady finger to make eclair. Spread 1 tbsp chocolate pudding on top of each eclair. Dip 1 tsp cool whip in center of eclair. Chill.
Serves 4 (2per person)
1 starch 1/2 food product 1 ff extra.
