  • 2 cups (296 g) frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (40 g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup (83 mL) pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons dried currants (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 bananas, sliced
