Ingredients
- 130 grams creamy goat cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp hot Asian chili oil
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix the oils in a bowl large enough to hold the cheese.
In another medium-sized bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
To reshape a goat cheese log into a round, line a small dish (about 3" diameter) with plastic wrap. Press in the cheese, then gently ease the plastic wrap out of the dish to un-mold. Discard the wrap.
Roll the cheese in the oil mixture, coating all sides. Then roll in the 3 seed mixture to coat. Pat coating onto any bare spots.
Bake cheese in ovenproof dish for 5 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
