Ingredients
- 1 ) 1 box butter pecan cake mix
- 2 ) 1 can coconut pecan frosting
- 3 ) 4 eggs
- 4 ) 3/4 cup oil
- 5 ) 1 cup water
- 6 ) powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Spray a Bundt pan with Pam. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Mix cake, frosting, eggs, oil and water together. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until it tests done. Note: This is a very moist cake. I do not frost it, but I did sprinkle powdered sugar over the top before serving. You can also make this cake using a different flavor of frosting. Example: German Chocolate cake mix and German chocolate frosting.
