Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham, any variety
  • 2 hot dog, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon oyster-flavored sauce
  • Shoyu to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 scrambled eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat vegetable oil in large skillet or wok. Add ham and hot dogs.

Cook and stir on high heat until lightly browned. Reduce heat to medium; add rice and green onions. Continue cooking until thoroughly heated.

Mix in scrambled eggs, oyster-flavored sauce and shoyu.
