Lime salad jello mold

Ingredients

• 1 sm. box of Lime jello(3 oz.)
• 1 c. minature marshmallows
• 2 c. boiling water
• 1 sm. package cream cheese(3 oz.)
• 1 c. heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1 can crushed pineapple(5 1/4 oz.)
• drained pineapple
• chopped celery
• nuts optional(pecans)chopped!!!

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine dry jello,marshmallows,cream cheese and 2 c. boiling water.
dissolve and cool in refrigerator until almost gelled.
Whip cream and fold in celery,pineapple, and mayonnaise.
also put in some extra marshmallows
Remove gelatin and whip.
Fold in whip cream mixture.
Pour into a gently oiled bundt pan mold.
Refrigerate ENJOY!!!
