Steakhouse Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. small red potatoes (about 9) cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place potatoes in 2-quart microwavable dish.

2. Add water, cover with lid.

3. Microwave on high for 12 to 15 minutes, or just until potatoes are tender.

4. Drain. Place in a large bowl.

5. Refrigerate 1 hour or until completely cooled.

6. Mix dressings. Add to potatoes with remaining ingredients. Mix lightly.
