Two Egg butter Cake
This two egg butter recipe is great for cake or cupcakes all you need to do is mix the simple ingredients back and top it with frosting of your choice!

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 5 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, add sugar gradually, mix together until light and fluffy.
Then add eggs and vanilla and add dry ingredients alternately with milk, stirring only enough to blend thoroughly. Do not beat.
Pour into 9x9 greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
