Ingredients
- 2 lbs shredded hash browns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded Velveeta
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 of an onion diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup butter
- Crushed cornflakes on top

Step 1
Add all ingredients except hash browns and cornflakes. Once ingredients are thoroughly mixed add the hash browns to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in a 9X13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Add the cornflakes and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
