Chocolate Delight

aka 4 Layer Chocolate Dessert (Calling All Cooks Cookbook-yellow; page: 348)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans (for crust)
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans (for garnish-optional)
- Total Pecans Needed: 1 1/2 Cups Chopped
- 1 1/2 Sticks Butter
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Confectioners Sugar
- 1 1/4 Cup Cool Whip (2nd Layer)
- 9 Oz Cool Whip (top layer)
- Large Cool Whip Container should be Plenty
- 3 Small Pkg Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 4 Cups Cold Milk
- 1 Frozen Hershey Bar (optional if not using Pecan for garnish)

Step 1
Layer 1:
Mix Flour & 3/4 Cups of Pecan Together. Melt Butter & Pourover Flour mixture; mix well. Press into 13x9x1 Inch Baking Dish. Bake @ 350 until Slightly Browned. Cool.
Layer 2:
Blend Cream Cheese, Confectioners Sugar, & 1 1/4 Cups Cool Whip; Spread over crust.
Layer 3:
Mix Instaant Pudding with 4 Cups of Milk (mix pudding until thichens-about 2 or 3 minutes). Spread Pudding mixture over 2nd Layer.
Layer 4:
9 oz Cool Whip and garnish with Pecans or Hershey Bar.
*I freeze my Hershey Bar, use a small grater and grate the Hershey Bar over top of 4th Layer.
