Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 small cauliflower head
- 3-4 Carrots
- 3-4 stocks of celery
- 1-2 green peppers
- 1-2 lbs of mushrooms
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1-2 heads of broccoli
- 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup of oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of tarragon leaves
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic (sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano

Preparation
Step 1
slice and cut vegetables into appropriate sizes
add all marinade ingredients into a plastic bowl.
add vegetables to the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate vegetables overnight.
