Ingredients

    small cauliflower head

    stocks of celery

    green peppers

    lbs of mushrooms

    sliced red onion

    heads of broccoli

  • Marinade:

  • ½

    cup of white wine vinegar

  • cup of oil

  • 1

    tablespoon of chopped parsley

  • 1

    tablespoon of tarragon leaves

  • 1

    teaspoon of salt

  • 1

    teaspoon of pepper

  • ½

    teaspoon of sugar

  • 1

    tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 1

    clove of garlic (sliced)

  • ½

    teaspoon of oregano

Directions

slice and cut vegetables into appropriate sizes add all marinade ingredients into a plastic bowl. add vegetables to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate vegetables overnight.
