Amaretto Custard Cake

Ingredients

• Glaze:
• 1 pkg Yellow cake mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise
• 1 pkg 3 oz Custard or vanilla pudding - not instant
• 1/4 cup Amaretto
• 1 1/4 cups Milk
• 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
• 1 1/2 cups Confectioner's sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Amaretto
• 2 Tbsp. Milk or light cream
• Dash Nutmeg and salt

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour Bundt pan. 350 degree oven

Beat all cake ingredients on low for 1 minutes, then on medium for 2 minutes.


Bake until toothpick comes out clean - 40-45 minutes


Cook 15 minutes then remove from pan and glaze.
