Ingredients
- 8 medium chicken drumsticks
- 8 t's EVOO
- 1/2 t sea salt
- 1/2 t freshly ground pepper
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 2 1/2 cups of mixed fresh herbs - thyme, rosemary, tarragon, sage and parsley
- 2 medium lemons, cut into thin slices
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat to 350
2. Place drumsticks in a large roasting pan. Generously drizzle with olive oil, then season with the sea salt, pepper, garlic and herbs.
3. Place lemon slices on top of each drumstick and the leftovers in the bottom of the pan.
4. Place pan in oven for about 80 minutes
5. From time to time throughout the roasting, turn the drumsticks and scrape the lemon slices to loosen.
6. Serve all - drumsticks and lemon and herbs
