Mom's Mashed Potato/Sage Sausage Dish
By á-15956
This dish comes from my great grandmother down thru the ages to me (Mom has streamlined it a bit : )
It is a main dish by itself, very rich. Usually served with a green vegetable and roast chicken if desired though it does well alone.
