- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 can (13 oz) of coconut milk (shake well)
Bring cold water and sugar to a boil, lower heat and stir constantly until the sugar dissolves.
Add the can of coconut milk and keep boiling slowly to reduce the syrup to the desired consistance.
Let cool to room temperature, then pour into a jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
