Raspberry Tyrolean Cheesecake

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 2 cup raspberry yogurt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups raspberry preserves
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup almonds, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, sugar and yogurt. Scrape bowl. Add vanilla and mix. Add eggs one at a time; scrape bowl after each addition. Place crust mixture in bottom of 10 inch spring form pan, pressing into place. Spread with 1 cup preserves. pour in cheese mixture and bake 1 hour at 350°. Cool 30 minutes. Spread top with remaining preserves. Refrigerate 4 hours before cutting.
