  • FIRST:
  • 3 c. fruit
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (if using apples)
  • SECOND:
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 5 tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg

Step 1

Put fruit in greased 11 x 7 or 8 x 12 pan. Sprinkle w/ first set of ingredients. Combine second set of ingredients. Drop over fruit and bake 1/2 hour at 350.
