Can Do Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 can do cookie dough
• decorators' sugars or cookie paint

Preparation

Step 1

Roll dough 1/8" thick on floured surface. Cut dough with 2-3" cutters. Place on ungreased baking sheet; sprinkle with sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.

Cookie paint: In small custard cups, tint small amounts of evaporate milk with food colors. Apply with small, fine tipped paintbrush. If preferred, paint may be applied before baking. Note: instead of sugars or cookie paint, cookies can be baked & then frosted with colored icings & decorated.
