Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper (or red)
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 cups diced red onions
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 cups chopped parsley
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender (about 8-10 minutes).
Drain & rinse with cold water - Drain again.
Place macaroni in bowl & set aside to cool.
Add vegetable oil to macaroni & toss.
Add rest of ingredients & mix well.
Chill & Serve.
