Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 10-12 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp.
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, onion, raisins, sugar, vinegar and bacon and mix well. Add broccoli pieces and stir until well coated.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
