Fudge Brownie Pie 1 Picture


  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted and cooled slightly
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. baking cocoa
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • Garnish: vanilla ice cream

Step 1

Beat sugar and margarine together. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in flour, cocoa and salt; mix in vanilla and nuts.

Pour into a greased and floured 9” pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Cut into wedges; top with scoops of ice cream
