Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars (Laura B)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 1/3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried fruits
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl stir together peanut butter, brown sugar, honey and vanilla. Add all the other ingredients. Stir well. Press into a 13 x 9 greased jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
