Ingredients

  • Jello:
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 2 large bananas sliced
  • Juice from pineapple & water to make 2 cups
  • small marshmallows or 8 large marshmallows cut up
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 T. flour
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup whip cream
  • Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil pineapple juice/water mixture and add jello powder. Remove from heat and add pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows. Put in a 9x13 pan and allow to set in the refrigerator.

Topping:
Cook sugar, flour, butter, and egg until thick. When cool add 1 cup whipped cream and beat until fluffy. Put on jello and top with shredded Velveeta cheese.
