Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg or egg beater equivalant
- 1 cup Peanut Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix peanut butter and Splenda; add vanilla and egg.
Drop round cookie onto greased cookie sheet. Use the tines of a fork, dipped in Splenda, to criss-cross the cookie.
Bake 11-12 minutes at 350 degrees
