Sugar Free Hi Protein Jello

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Sugar Free Jell-O
  • 2 scoops Unjury unflavored

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water and set aside to cool for 3-5 minutes.

In a different bowl, measure 1/2 cup of cold water.
Add two scoops of Unflavored Unjury to cold water, one scoop at a time, stirring slowly to dissolve.
Add ice to the cold water with Unjury to equal one cup.
Stir Unjury with ice into dissolved Jell-O until ice has melted.

Place in freezer or at least 30 minutes to chill quickly. the protein may settle somewhat to creat a smooth cloud at the bottom - the taste is unchanged.
