GARDEN CLUB CAKE ( Nolan Vandergriff)

Ingredients

• . CAKE:
• 1 ) 1 yellow cake mix
• 2 ) 1 cup coconut
• 3 ) 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 4 ) 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
• 5 ) 1 cup crushed pineapple, reserve juice
• 6 ) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• Mix cake according to instructions on box using the pineapple juice to replace the water. Add drained pineapple, coconut, pudding mix, and nuts. Bake at 45 minutes at 350 degrees. oon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

. FROSTING:

1) 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2) 1/2 of a can of vanilla frosting
3) 1 container of cool whip


Mix frosting ingredients together and frost cooled cake.
