Red Wine Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup red wine
  • 3 Tbs. dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbs. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Cook for 5 minutes, cool and marinade meat overnight.
