Peach and Lavender Sorbet

Ingredients
- 1 pound sliced frozen peaches
- 2/3 c white sugar
- 1/3 c dried lavender flowers
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c water
- 2 tbsp vodka

Preparation
Step 1
mix lavender, sugar, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. set aside and let sit for 4 hours.
puree peaches in a food processor until smooth.
mix strained lavender mixture, vodka, and lemon juice into peaches.
freeze in an ice cream maker.
