Ingredients

    pound sliced frozen peaches

  • 2/3

    c white sugar

  • 1/3

    c dried lavender flowers

  • 2

    tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 1/2

    c water

  • 2

    tbsp vodka

Directions

mix lavender, sugar, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. set aside and let sit for 4 hours. puree peaches in a food processor until smooth. mix strained lavender mixture, vodka, and lemon juice into peaches. freeze in an ice cream maker.
