Ingredients
- Ready Crust Graham Cracker Crust
- Filling
- 2 c cold milk
- 1 pkg vanilla flavor flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 tbsp grated lime peel
- 1 tub (8 oz) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 8 lime slices

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour milk into large bowl and add pudding mix and lime peel. Beat with whisk for 2 mins until smooth.
2. Immediately stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust
3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining topping and lime slices.
