Ingredients
- 1/8 C olive oil
- 1/4 C butter, unsalted, cold cubes
- 2 shallots
- 1/2 C beef broth
- 1/2 C red wine
- garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Saute shallots in butter and garlic. Add beef stock and red wine and reduce by half. Add cold butter to finish sauce. Salt & pepper Pour on top of steak
