Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- 2 28 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 1 container cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Brown hamburger and mix with sauce. In bowl, mix cottage cheese, 2 eggs, shredded Parmesan cheese, & salt and pepper.
Boil noodles in a large part of boiling salted water.
Layer:
1/3 lasagna noodles
1/3 cottage cheese mix
1/2 shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 hamburger
Repeat until there are three total layers.
