Ingredients
- 18 Oreo's crushed (1 1/2 cups)
- 2 tbs butter, melted
- 3 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg (8 squares) Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325°. Mix crushed cookies and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mixing on low speed just until blended. Blend in melted chocolate. pour over crust. Bake 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
