Ingredients
- 5 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. red vinegar
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced finely
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 2 cups greek yogurt, strained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and shredded (strain in paper towel)
- 1 tbls. chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tbls chopped fresh mint
Preparation
Step 1
Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Using a whisk, blend the yogurt with the sour cream. Add the olive oil mixture to the yogurt mixture and mix well. Finally, add the cucumber and chopped fresh dil and mintl. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill just before serving.
