Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Coleslaw:
- 1/4 cup slice scallions
- 16 oz coleslaw mix
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 red pepper, thinly slices
- 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Combine coleslaw ingredients except for salt and pepper.
Pour dressing on top of coleslaw and let the flavors meld for at least a half hour. Add salt and pepper right before serving.
