Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg Frozen spinach cooked & drained
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 tsp. Bottled roasted garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Hot Pepper Sauce
- 11 oz pkg. Cream Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook frozen spinach, drain well and press out excess liquid.
In a medium saucepan, combine milk, oil, roasted garlic, salt, hot pepper sauce (several dashes) and cream cheese. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and heated through. Stir in spinch.
Serve with Town House Crackers, bread, etc.
