  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp bell seasoning
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tblsp lemon juice



Step 1

Melt butterin a sauce pan and then add the rest of ingredients. Baste the bird inside and out, and then every 15 minutes till done.
