Ingredients
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
- 1 Tablespoon of minced fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons of each dried herb: basil, dill, oregano, tarragon, chervil, etc.
Preparation
Step 1
Wisk together the garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add parsley and herbs.
