Ingredients
- 2 lbs. fresh broccoli or 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen broccoli spears
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli in unsalted boiling water until tender. Drain well.
Melt butter in a fry pan, add onions and cook until done but not brown. Blend in soup, milk and cheese. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot broccoli at once.
